Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Swish Equestrian Ireland have a "No Quibble" Returns policy Once Our Rugs are "Returned as New" to ensure our policy works for You We Recommend You try on Your New Rug over a Clean Sheet to keep it in a Returnable Condition. We cannot accept returns marked or covered in hair, making them unsellable as New! We thank you in advance for understanding and supporting our Local Business.
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 21 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use your preferred partner which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We Strongly Recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
