Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:

Swish Equestrian Ireland has a "No Quibble" return policy once our rugs are "returned as new." To ensure our policy works for you, we recommend you try on your new rug over a clean sheet to keep it in a returnable condition. We cannot accept returns marked or covered in hair, making them unsellable as new! We thank you in advance for understanding and supporting our local business.

Items that are not damaged or soiled and are in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. The customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage, as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstances.

Please include a covering note stating if you would like a refund or exchange.

If you are using the post office, please get proof of posting. Alternatively, if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use your preferred partner, which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rug returns. 

Faulty Items:

Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continue to be used if they are damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.

We strongly recommend that you use a clean sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are fitting. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition, for example, soiled, mucky or appear to have been used, will not be accepted and will be posted back to the customer.

We inform you that ex-photoshoot & ex-display items cannot be returned and are sold as such.
